I am a personal trainer who has been working in the fitness industry since 2007. I have managed several gyms during this time. I have also been manager in charge of overseeing operations, administration, OH&S and staff training. I have competed in natural body building and now in my 50’s I follow a natural and healthy lifestyle to practice what I teach. It’s important to lead by example in the fitness industry, I believe you have got to walk the walk and talk the talk. I want to be in the best shape leading into my prime and this too is my goal for my clients.

My coaching goal is for every client to achieve overall well being with a holistic approach. Every client is different, so your program will be tailored to suit your needs from age, level of fitness, lifestyle restrictions or even injuries which are all taken into consideration.
